Boating in Britain

The number of boating bases on the UK waterways in 2009 has increased from 35 to 41, spread across the Norfolk Broads (14 bases), the Canals of England and Wales (20 bases), the Rivers Thames and Wey (three bases), the lochs of Scotland (three bases) and the Cambridgeshire Waterways (one base)..
